Kristoffer Aaron Hallmark McGuffey - Was born January 3rd 1978 and raised in Early/Brownwood Texas. He started college in 1998 at Howard Payne University in Brownwood Texas. He studied at H.P.U. as a Business and Christian Studies double major with a drama minor until he transferred to the University of Texas in Austin in the Fall of 2001 to become a full time Film student. He finished his first year at U.T. with a 4.0 and is really enjoying the film program at U.T.. Currently Kristoffer Aaron is living with his beautiful wife in their new home they just had built in Austin. Austin has quickly become the couples hometown and they are living there happily and plan on continuing to do so.
Michaela Elaine Chandler McGuffey - Was born June 30th 1978 and was raised in Independence Kansas until she was a teenager and then she moved to Houston Texas with her family to go to high school. She started college after graduation in the Fall of 1996 at Howard Payne University in Brownwood Texas. She was a Christian Studies major with a Drama minor and Graduated from Howard Payne in the Spring of 2000. She moved to Austin Texas in the fall of 2001 and started teaching at a local Austin Middle School. She plans on continuing to teach for now, but desires to become a film producer and help Aaron with his movie productions.
How We Met
Kris Aaron and Kaela met while performing in a play together (Flowers for Algernon) during the Spring semester drama production at Howard Payne University in Kaela's senior and final semester 2000. They created an acquaintance with each other at that time that bloomed into a friendship during the student directed one acts a few months later in which Aaron and Kaela were both involved. After the plays were over Kaela started visiting Aaron at his home in Brownwood and would bring him IBC rootbeer almost every day. They would stay up all night long talking for hours until the sun came up and they would watch the sun rise with each other and say goodbye. Aaron quickly started to fall head over heels for Kaela. After Kaela graduated in May their friendship developed into a romance over that month and the two expressed their feelings for one another on May 26th 2000 and became a couple. Oddly enough during their entire time at Howard Payne the two had never met each other until the play. They ran around with the same friends, and had heard stories about one another but had never been able to put a face to the name for over three years until the play. It seemed like perfect timing when they met and they thank God for his wisdom and the gift he has given to them by placing each of them in each others lives.
The couple hopes some day to start a free arts program for children to learn about theater, movies, painting etc.
